Knowledge Transfer & Junior Saudi Placement Program

At ARA’A Consulting, we are committed to empowering the local consulting industry by investing in the next generation of Saudi talent. Our Junior Saudi Placement Program (JSPP) is a pioneering initiative designed exclusively for engagements with government and quasi-government entities—ensuring real, practical knowledge transfer and long-term capacity building.

Our Model

For every senior consultant assigned to a public sector engagement, we deploy—at our own cost—a junior Saudi consultant to work alongside them. This unique model provides clients with the opportunity to retain the trained Saudi talent as part of their internal team during or after the engagement.

Program Objectives

Empower Saudi Talent

Develop fresh Saudi graduates (male and female) with essential consulting skills, including business acumen, process analysis, project management, problem-solving, and communication.

Transfer Knowledge Effectively

Ensure all senior consultants actively mentor junior team members, equipping them with the practical tools and methodologies needed to succeed.

Support Localization Goals

Contribute to the national agenda by localizing knowledge, expertise, and talent within the management consulting field.

How It Works

Attracting Talent

We actively recruit qualified Saudi graduates and assign them to projects that match their educational background and career interests.

Training & Coaching

Each junior consultant is paired with a senior mentor and receives a blend of:

On-the-job training

Structured classroom sessions

Bootcamps and workshops

Guided reading and presentations

Knowledge Transfer

Senior consultants are responsible for transferring their knowledge, methods, and tools to the junior team—ensuring readiness and confidence.

Client Integration

Upon request, clients may choose to retain the junior consultants as part of their internal teams. By the end of each project, these graduates are fully prepared to continue the work independently, having gained deep insights and hands-on experience.
