At ARA’A Consulting, we apply a structured yet adaptable methodology that integrates global best practices with the unique needs of each client. We follow a four-phase consulting model designed to deliver value at every step:

Assessment Design & Develop Implement & Sustain Knowledge Transfer

We begin by deeply understanding the current state of the organization, evaluating performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

  2. Conduct internal reviews and desktop benchmarking.
  3. Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  4. Facilitate collaborative workshops to validate findings and align on recommendations.

Once opportunities are identified, we co-design practical and scalable solutions with the client, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and operational needs.

  2. Develop supporting forms, tools, and documentation.
  3. Conduct design review workshops with stakeholders.
  4. Create a phased implementation roadmap to guide execution.

We support hands-on implementation of the designed solutions, while building capacity within the client’s team to ensure long-term success.

  4. Support change management and problem resolution during implementation.

To ensure sustainability, we embed knowledge transfer into every engagement—either directly to the client’s team or through our Junior Saudi Placement Program (JSPP).
